What is the material of the khussa?

The base, sole and upper of the khussas are made of animal leather (unless stated otherwise). They are also padded for comfort. 

How to check my shoe size?

You can check your shoe size based on our sizing chart on the homepage. We run true to Euro and UK sizes. For chubby feet, we recommend going a size up; if you have a shoe size between two sizes, again choose a size up for better fit. Khussas adapt to the feet with use, and open up about half an inch. 

How long does delivery take?

All orders are despatched through Trax or Leopards Courier Service and are delivered between 2 to 8 working days. Deliveries can take longer during sales, festivals and in lockdown areas. 

What are the delivery charges?

We charge shipping according to weight of the package. A standard shipping of Rs 200 only, on orders under 1kg, and for orders between 1 to 2 kgs, a shipping fee of Rs 350 only is charged. 

What about exchanges/returns?

You need to notify us within two days of receiving a parcel in case you want to exchange your shoes. We entertain exchanges only if there are size issues, or defect in product. If you need to exchange the shoes, you can reach out to our WhatsApp number 03094438858 and send the shoes back along with the filled exchanged form.

All shipping charges for the return are the responsibility of the customer. We will refund you the price of the product only, minus the shipping cost. Shipping cost will NOT be charged when we send the exchanged item. 

What are the payment options?

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD), as well as bank transfer. You can let us know through our social media platform in case you want to make a bank transfer and we will provide you the details. We will confirm your order once you send us a screenshot of the payment.

Do you make customised shoes?

No, we do not make customized shoes. 

Do you make khussas for children? 

Right now we deal with adult khussas only, but we are working towards expanding our range.
