Shipping and Handling

Nationwide delivery is available for products ordered on firuz.pk.

Delivery cost is charged according to the weight of the item(s). A standard delivery charge of only Rs 200 is applied till 1kg weight. For orders above 1kg, delivery charge of Rs 350 is applied.

It takes 3-8 working days for the orders to reach their destination.
Delivery times are approximate. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered Working Days.
If, however, there is an urgency you can get in touch with us before an order is placed and we can answer all your queries regarding any special requests about faster delivery.
Closer to occasions such as Eid - we try our level best to deliver orders before time, but please keep a close eye on our social media platforms for the cut off time for such events. Also the delivery time during such periods may be longer.

All orders are shipped by Trax or Leopards Courier Service within Pakistan. Any special delivery instructions are to be notified by the customer while placing an order.

Any delay will be communicated to the customer as soon as possible.

All deliveries within Pakistan are shipped in eco-friendly jute pouches specially designed and made for Firuz.

SHIPPING RATES FOR DELIVERIES WITHIN PAKISTAN: Rs.200 shipping will be charged on every order of less than 1kg, and Rs 350 from 1-2 kg.
