Return and Exchange Policy

Please keep in mind the following points before making any purchase:
  • All our products are handmade and may contain some imperfections. Our items are processed in every genuine way full of love and care with the uniqueness that echoes those quaint little handmade differences. Any item that you purchase is one of a kind even if the design looks the same, its distinctive pattern or colours will always make each item beautifully different.
  • However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may contact us through Facebook Page, Instagram Profile or WhatsApp us at 03094438858 within 2 working days from delivery explaining your concern.
  • Please note that you have to return any item in its original condition within 7 working days from delivery.
  • When you courier us the shoes for exchange, kindly Whatsapp us the courier receipt so that we can track the returning parcel.
  • We can't guarantee that the size/design you need will be in stock for an exchange so our exchange department team will contact you once we receive your shoes to ask which ones you want.
Returned Products:
  • *All products to be returned must be in their original packing and be in an unworn condition.
  • We will not exchange goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show obvious signs of wear. In this instance, the goods will be returned to the buyer at their own cost.
  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
  • Due to the differences in colour, monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact colour or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
Delivery Charges:
  • Any delivery charges when returning the item(s) will be incurred by you.
  • Exchanges will be for equal value of purchased product minus the shipping cost.
  • You shall NOT BE CHARGED the shipping cost when the exchanged items are dispatched to you again.
Refund Policy:
  • We offer refund in case our product is defective or if for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied.
  • Our policy is to return the shoe within 7 days of your receiving the parcel. However, the item(s) must be undamaged and unworn, along with the original packaging.
  • Please note that we will refund the price of the shoes only.
